Like other people posting here, I waited a very long time to see Dr Hamilton, only to find I didn't warrant more than about 90 seconds of her time. She was very curt and dismissive of me and looked pained (eye-rolling) to have to entertain any of my questions. I later found out, once dealing with someone who took more time to talk to me, that one of her recommendations was actually detrimental to my condition. I have found the staff curt and unhelpful. I truly wish I had been referred to anyone else.

Let’s be fair and acknowledge that this is Canada and therefore Tatyana gets at least two stars simply by virtue of having a heart beat.In all honesty though, if you’re not happy with what you do for a living, please… Please do something else! That goes for every level of society, from grocery clerk right up to fancy pants, gucci belt wearing dermatologists. Take notes people. I had a very positive experience visiting Dr. Hamilton’s office as a patient. The front office staff were extremely kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Christensen was so lovely to meet with. He listened and was very patient, thorough, and prompt during his assessment. His nurse was also very helpful and administered my steroid injections with minimal pain. Before leaving they double checked that everything had been covered off on properly and that I had my prescription in hand and was booked in for my next appointment.
