He listened and was very patient, thorough, and prompt during his assessment. His nurse was also very helpful and administered my steroid injections with minimal pain. Before leaving they double checked that everything had been covered off on properly and that I had my prescription in hand and was booked in for my next appointment. One of the best (if not the best) experiences I’ve had visiting a dermatologist’s office. Living with alopecia can be very stressful at times, but experiences with medical staff and professionals like this make it feel more manageable and less daunting to deal with.
