Every time I’m in town I visit this gym for a workout and I’m never disappointed! Super clean, spacious and everyone working there is super friendly! It has all the machines and weights you could ever ask for and they’re always in great condition.
Amazing gym, with some old school Atlantis equipment that is super rare (long lever adductor, high pull seated row etc), track for sleds and friendly staff! Great for cross training when riding up in Silverstar.
I have been going to Iron Heart Gym (on and off) for the past 5 years. Richard and Jen have been very accomidating as I work on rotation 2-3 weeks in 1 week out.
This is the only family run gym in the Vernon area that I know of.
I have also tried the other franchise gyms in Vernon but Iron Heart feels like home. They have decent equipment and is the perfect mix of heavy lift equipment, cardio, group training and personal training.
I highly recommend this gym for the heavy lifters, casual or new members.
I cant say enough about the great atmosphere they have built.
