my gas furnace was acting up. a friend told me about applewood. cathy told me she had used them in the past and wouldn't call anyone else. i took her advice and called them myself. i'm happy i did. devin was polite clear and made it quick and painless. and it's been so much better. with winter making another comeback lol i am so glad i called. and unlike other family members this winter it took only one try to get furnace up and running again. so a huge thank you ?

Needed to replace 40 year old gas fireplace in basement and decided to try Applewood as they had saved me replacing parts I didn’t need to for my barbeque last summer. Showed me how to fix it. Very friendly helpful reception. Scott Robar came to the house to make sure new fireplace would work and fit. While there I asked Scott to look at our second gas fireplace which has Never worked properly since installed years ago by competitor. Could not get previous company to fix or even address their poorly functioning fireplace. Would never stay lit. Brent was super knowledgeable and professional and communication was great, he called ahead and even was able to come a bit earlier. He took the time to thoroughly check our furnace. We were very happy with the experience and would certainly use Applewood again!
