Excellent and timely service. Explained my issue on the phone. Courteous and professional person answered all my questions. Dispatched a technician who arrived on time and fixed my printer problems within an hour. Highly recommend. I had no previous experience with this firm and am impressed.

Cinny was an awesome tech. He managed his schedule to see me same day. We were able to have my printer functioning by the end of the day, and that was a HUGE improvement. All the issues were not solved, but Cinny was clear about what the problems were.
