Called Tom regarding a desktop software issue that I had spent hours failing to troubleshoot. He very patiently listened to all the details and found the solution on the spot. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Tom absolutely earned this one.
I called him for something simple — a keyboard issue — I was actually kind of nervous about it beause I know it's not a high ticket item, so wondered if i could get any local help at all with something so trivial - definitely not a money maker for a repair shop - And I needed an immediate solution. While he didn't have the part in stock, he offered to order it, but then he did something amazing that’s become incredibly rare in today’s world: he actually called me back promptly and personally. Not an email, not some automated message — a call from a real human who genuinely wanted to help.
