I went to Memory Express looking to purchase a new laptop and I'm so glad I chose to visit this store/location. I was assisted by Logan and couldn't be more grateful for his help. As someone who knows next to nothing about laptops, he was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain what my best options would be based on what i'll be using the laptop for. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I ended up purchasing a new laptop and an external hard drive. Although I didn't interact directly with the other staff, they all seemed really nice and professional. I would highly recommend this store to everyone!
Had what I thought was a catastrophic problem when I had a power surge/outage. I was all set to replace my aged (still functional as a HTPC) computer, when one of the staff suggested instead bring it in for diagnostic test. Much cheaper than replacing.
Well, it turned out to be a small watch battery had finally bit it and my firmware became erased, in turn causing Microsoft security issues. They replaced the battery, updated the firmware - it worked beautifully and they charged me nothing beyond the original diagnostic charge.
The staff was great - Friendly and knowledgeable and trying to make a great visit instead of an expensive unnecessary replacement.

Purchased a hard drive that later needed to be returned via mail. The staff were very professional, reasonable, and easy to deal with. I would certainly shop here again as a result of their competitive prices and excellent customer service.
