I had an excellent experience at PC Galore. Fortunately, my laptop issue was not too serious; some screws came loose and disrupted its function, so the repair was minor. This outcome proved honesty in business, which is huge when you're at the mercy of a repair business - (as with auto repair shops). Thank you PC Galore! I had a fantastic experience at PC Galore and want to give a huge shout-out to Greg for his except work!
I brought in my older 2015 MacBook Pro, which desperately needed a new battery and both internal speakers replaced. Greg did a masterful job! The laptop is now working flawlessly! The sound is crisp, and the battery life is restored.
Since I provided my own replacement parts, Greg only charged me for the labour, making the total cost reasonable and transparent.
The repair was completed very quickly, and the communication throughout the entire process was clear and friendly.

Amazing service from the team at Pc Galore!
I bought a used Dell Xps to replace my older laptop. They were great at helping me transfer files from my old computer to the new one. They also replaced the used computer's battery free of charge and in timely manner. Will come back for any PC related needs in the future!!!
