Those who know, know, BUT, if you’re in Vancouver and you need repairs or alterations on your bags or clothing, or drycleaning, Busy Bee on Commercial Drive has always gone above and beyond for me. They have repaired and enhanced wheelchair backpacks for me and now a dog bag/carrier, to make them extra functional. Wow! I recently moved to the neighborhood and tried Busy Bee on Commercial for the first time and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed, and when I realized they were still a bit too long (totally my fault for pre-marking the length incorrectly), I brought them back for an adjustment. To my surprise, they recognized the pants and didn’t charge me for the fix, even though it clearly wasn’t their mistake.
That level of care and customer service really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs and will be recommending them to friends and family!
Nice little place that gets the job done well. Managed to get two suits done on short notice with time to spare. They seem to also do adjustments and other work on clothes more than just the cleaning. They also have a few parking spots around back which is nice to avoid walking with nice clothes home in the rain.
