“I found this place for my fiance for our wedding. From day 1, our experience had been just perfectly splendid. Our suits were custom made since my man is quite big and tall. Mike was so professional, knowledgeable, and knew what he was doing. Then later, Michael was also the same. They took care of all my requests for my fiance's suits. The other 2 gentlemen were also very welcoming and professional. The way the suits were sitting on my fiance was just exquisite. What fine fitting!

I brought in a set of headrest cushions for my car, that were caked in dirt and stains from rolling around in the trunk for a long time, and could not have been happier with the results. Despite the poor condition of the cushions, they came out looking like new!

Pricing was very reasonable and turnaround times were fast. The staff member that took care of me, was very honest and transparent about the possibility that it may not be perfect due to the deep staining, but that they'd try their best as they do for every customer. I believe that all businesses should not offer guarantees unless they are confident they're able to provide full satisfaction, and the honesty of Sampan's staff spoke volumes.

They have repaired and enhanced wheelchair backpacks for me and now a dog bag/carrier, to make them extra functional. Sabine was extremely helpful to me, but I did know exactly the model I wanted. I believe she would be great at helping you choose the best model for your needs. When I picked up my machine, she offered to show me how to thread it, but I thought it would be easy enough to follow the manual at home, which it was. I am sure I will be able to ask her on the phone if any questions come up. I will definitely be purchasing more accessories here, and it's nearby for repairs or maintenance needs. Their bookkeeping methods are a little dated; they accept only cash or credit cards, which they run through the old-fashioned carbon way. Receipts are hand-written neatly and in detail. I heartily recommend this store.“
