These people are very professional. Rick is a good man with a big heart he doesn’t charge excessively. I’am very satisfied with their overall services. I would like to include Warden also for all of his hardwork. He is really commited to do a fine job inspite of any weather snow and rain he will fix the problem promptly. Our building needed a new roof and our experience with Rick and Flat Roofing was fantastic.-Rick always responded quickly and worked really hard to accommodate our needs/scheduling late into the fall- They made immediate repairs where needed- When there was a break in the rain, everyone worked long hours and weekends to insure that the project was completed- They put in extra work to address problem areas not visible during the initial inspection- The completed job looks fantastic and comes with a 20 year warranty.

Rick and his team are excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. They redid the flat roof of my home in South Surrey. Not knowing what was involved I asked them to do some extra work that I thought was needed, and where he would have made more money doing it, but he told me I didn't need to waste my money as it wouldn't be a benefit to the project. Most people would say okay and take the money. This speaks to integrity. They came and went doing a clean and perfect job. The team were professional and organized and the job looks fantastic. Fair pricing as well compared to other quotes I received. Thanks Guys!
