Paul shared a link to warranty of 20 years for these GAF shingles.. Additionally, Paul offered a 10-year workmanship warranty to address any potential issues down the line, further instilling confidence in the quality of his work.Throughout the project, Paul and his team put aside the waste/debris and arranged for waste removal from the site twice during the project.The team was friendly, kind, quiet and did a good jobThat being said, there was a minor issue regarding some metal flashings that were pulled out while installing roof but weren't placed back to their original position/condition. While Paul mentioned that the chimney specialists would handle it, this remains the only visible flaw in an otherwise satisfactory job. “If you’ve come across this roofing company, you’ve found a hidden gem. Truly. We had to replace our entire roof and Dale provided an honest assessment and clear cut options for the job. Dale and his team did quality work with top of the line materials and we couldn’t be more confident in our new roof. He had also structurally reinforced our roof in certain places and had come by when we installed a glass cover to ensure the connection on the roof was mounted correctly and did not void our warranty. He provided the other company sealant and didn’t ask for payment even when insisted. He took the time to come by again after the glass cover was installed to ensure everything was done correctly.
