It started with the small pump and water hose to help drain the tank quickly, a very smart, thoughtful, proactive way to get the job startedBoth gentlemen were very approachable, absolute professionals while doing their jobs; they kept me informed on all the tasks that were being performed; and they answered all of my less than intelligent plumbing questions in the simplest terms. Safety and cleanliness around the job site (my walk-in closet), were excellent! I had to leave before the installation of the new tank was finished. Except for the fact that I physically observed approx 3/4 of the tank replacement process, I would not have known someone was in my home. Great job, Thank you!“
