“A few years ago Dave and his crew from Island builders turned our 60-year-old kitchen and dining room from a 1960s worn-out eyesore into an open-concept, very modern, gorgeous living space. It was a big job of removing walls, installing hidden support beams, and blending the new with the old. The customized kitchen turned out beautiful and maximized every inch of space.
Since then we moved to a strata were I became a councilmember. There were a few large and complex projects that our strata was having issues getting done (done well and on time) for a few years . I introduced the council to Dave and Island Builder. They put in a bid that was competitive and not the lowest price. Island Builders was hired, did the work, and was asked to continue on with similar projects. The work was high quality, done in a very timely manner, well managed (again!).

“I had two 13 ft support beams end to end with a support post in the middle. I wanted the post removed and the two beams replaced with a single 26 ft LVL span. Flinstones did the work for me. They did an excellent job. Max at Flinstones was great to deal with and kept me informed at all stages and followed up with me to see if I was happy after the work was finished. Flinstones left the worksite clean after the job was complete. I am impressed with the company.“
