“A few years ago Dave and his crew from Island builders turned our 60-year-old kitchen and dining room from a 1960s worn-out eyesore into an open-concept, very modern, gorgeous living space. It was a big job of removing walls, installing hidden support beams, and blending the new with the old. The customized kitchen turned out beautiful and maximized every inch of space.<br>Since then we moved to a strata were I became a councilmember. There were a few large and complex projects that our strata was having issues getting done (done well and on time) for a few years . I introduced the council to Dave and Island Builder. They put in a bid that was competitive and not the lowest price. Island Builders was hired, did the work, and was asked to continue on with similar projects.
