“When I started my new life style change I was so worried to even step into a gym let alone seek for a trainer. I didn’t know where to start or how to even seek help. Isabelle Roostervelt/Dyer Fitness was referred to me by a mutual friend as they thought she/the gym would be the best fit for me and my health. Isabella focused on rehabilitating my body with cautious over looking and correcting my form before proceeding into any movements that could result in body damages if not done right. She listened to me and my needs, but also suggested many other workouts/stretches that could help me and the goals I wanted to achieve. Although having a professional relationship with me and all her clients, slowly Isabella throughout this process became a really great friend and an amazing inspiration. Isabella is not only about physically making you feel great but mentally. Before any stretching or workout she always had the courtesy to ask how I was feeling in both states; mentally and physically. “The Instructors at Purple Dragon Kitsilano are so friendly and welcoming! The location is also great with lots of great cafes and parks to enjoy the rest of your Saturday morning!Moreover, Shihan Murphy's kickboxing classes are well thought out and challenging. The first time I tried it, I was scared of not being able to keep up with the class and not being physically fit enough. However, everyone was soo supportive!
