I hurt my back snowboarding and self diagnosed it as piriformis syndrome. I was in excruciating pain (having had previous sciatica problems with a breech pregnancy) and could barely walk, couldn’t drive my car, and sleeping was torture.The worst part was that I was only 2 weeks away from a 10 day surf trip to Fiji (and a 12 hour flight!).I rested for 5 days and got marginally better and out of desperation did a google search and found Downtown Health & Physiotherapy. Following ankle fracture, I came here with two crutches and “non weight bearing” . Now after two weeks I'm putting all my weight on my feet, not using crutches. Thanks for great physio and acupuncture service.
