For about a year I've had a monthly reflexology treatment. I've had several of the staff and they are all good. Each one has a slightly different style and I like them all. I'm sure I could request someone but I don't see a need as I've never not been happy with the service.
Reflexology starts with a foot soak and while the feet are soaking they do a shoulder/arm/neck/back massage. Then they move on each foot and leg. At the end they use a warm cloth to wipe down the legs and feet.
Site is clean & staff friendly. I like to read during the foot massage part and if no one is around they turn the lights up for me. I usually bring a reading light so as not to...read full review
Pinsam is clean, and offers a relaxing space. We were able to get a last minute appointment, and we were able to communicate well with staff, ie. they speak English. I will be going back.
Recommended by a friend when I asked for a place to relax/refresh between the drop off and pick up of my son’s badminton class, after a long working day. He gave good words about this place, and he is right, now it becomes my go-to place when I am hanging around in Richmond.The place is nicely set up. I am very impressive about the service that they provided. The therapists are skillful, considerate, attentive, and always serve me well.
