I have been seeing Trina for a couple of years now. She saw me through two pregnancies and postpartum, and has helped me tremendously in my healing. Despite the ongoing stresses of parenting and the physical toll that pregnancy and labor have taken on my body, she has helped me get to a place where I feel strong and physically healthy. I trust her implicitly. If you’re looking for an experienced, highly skilled massage therapist… look no further!
Epic first experience! Everything I hoped for. Knew exactly what my problem was and knew exactly how to fix it. She was organized and helpful. It's clear to tell she has great experience and knows what she's doing. Would strongly recommend!
First time visiting Trina today for RMT, and immediately booked my 2nd appointment. She was very thorough at the start trying to understand my needs, professional, respectful, and damn was the upper back/neck deep tissue massage good lol. She gave me some maintenance exercises to do in between sessions, and as a bonus, her cute French Bulldog Tessa was there to spread a little extra cheer ? thanks, Trina!
