I went to Dilek for physiotherapy of my neck/shoulder injury and I can say she is an amazing PT. After having my treatment with her I felt supported, had a more positive outlook on my prognosis, and had improved my function/range of motion. She helped me to push my limits safely and helped motivate me to have a more positive recovery. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is seeking a kind, talented, and compassionate physiotherapist!

I was concussed back in January & my GP recommended me to see Back in Motion. Honestly, so glad she did! Alex is my physiotherapist & he’s been incredibly helpful with any questions I’ve had, how best to navigate my workouts & checking in to see how I’m feeling. What I love about their facility, is you can use their workout stations after your appointment. It’s perfect if you want to try out your workouts in a controlled & safe setting. Their admins are extremely nice too! Highly highly recommend 😊
