Eddie of Encano Plumbing is a true Gem of a find. Even though this is the busiest time of year for emergency plumbing calls + a helper short off-sick, he came with my new hot water tank replacement. I'm a Senior on the 2nd floor of a Condo so it wasn't an easy job wrestling the old tank out + bring the new one in, up 2 flights of stairs + fitting it into a postage stamp sized entry hall closet with barely breathing room. I watched in amazement as he got the job done it a timely and proficient matter all the while not bothered by my chatter, saying he actually enjoyed our talk + shared stories. Eddy was professional gave him my tenants contact information, arranged everything to repair clogged drain in utility room plus repair a leaking shower.He worked with Drywaller sub trade to remove damaged drywall, killed any mold & replace new drywall. Eddie is the owner and he is a pleasure to deal with. He is very easy to talk to and he is very open minded to new ideas. I have been dealing with him for a few months now and every time I call he’s always very chatty and friendly. I highly recommend you talk with him when you have any sort of issue as he will take the time to listen and understand you. Highly recommend!!!
