Eddie of Encano Plumbing is a true Gem of a find. Even though this is the busiest time of year for emergency plumbing calls + a helper short off-sick, he came with my new hot water tank replacement. I'm a Senior on the 2nd floor of a Condo so it wasn't an easy job wrestling the old tank out + bring the new one in, up 2 flights of stairs + fitting it into a postage stamp sized entry hall closet with barely breathing room.
