AB Tech was recommended by a friend of ours so I called Bruce and explained the situation. Good news/bad news: it was a Friday and he was in the middle of a big job and couldn't come until Monday. Then an hour later, he called to say he was breaking away from the big job to come look. He noted that the boiler wasn't serviced in a while and the pilot needed replacing. He spent a couple hours on this when I know he had to get back to the big job, but he was committed. He just came back today to finish the service.
