Nav took time to gently wash, treat and trim my hair, though it was a bit challenging for her, she figured it out anyway and in record time.

She also recommended good products for me to use at home as well as tips to take care of my hair. The products were pricy but she encouraged me that it was an investment and I wouldn’t need to keep coming back to her to help me with my hair

My hair has been better off so far, shedding has reduced even though I want it gone totally

Listened to what I liked, and was pleasant in conversation. It was surprisingly affordable for the quality. If I lived in the area (as I'm visiting) I would definitely be a returning customer.
