Update!I Cannot say enough great things about this company. Had a leak in our hot cold unit in our condo. They came right away took care of the leak,ordered us a new unit and installed the unit for us.The owner Colin was very accommodating and this Son Connor the technician was a pleasure to work with and sure knows his stuff.If you are looking for an HVAC company who is honest and reliable I highly recommend Thermal Pro Climates.Called late on a Sunday evening with a leak and they came the very next day and serviced our unit and fixed the leak. Very professional and honest pricing. We highly recommend these guys.

Of course my AC failed right before our housewarming. Steve came in, diagnosed the issue, found the part, and got it put in and got the AC running just in time. Responsive and effective!

Only gave 4 stars cuz I found the place of business to be quite warm inside, upon arrival and it was 30 degrees outside. The A/C was later felt but that was when I was leaving. ?

After receiving extremely high water bills and gas bills I message Hawthorne plumbing and heating to have them come and have a look at my water tank. From first contact. Brad was excellent with communication and was able to squeeze me in. Turns out the water noise I was hearing from the water tank was a broken valve. so the water was continuously running and heating and dumping out hot water.. he was able to immediately replace the valve on my old water tank. Explaining what he was doing every step of the way. What a great company. Shout out to Brad. He was efficient and friendly throughout 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from this happy customer.
Will definitely use Hawthorne again when it’s time to replace my old tank

This is another one of our favorite beaches. There is diving boards rope swings docks to jump off. Great place for families and kids
I had an incredible experience at the lab, thanks to Suzete. I haven’t been able to get blood work done in six years because of an extreme phobia, and I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to go through with it. But she completely changed that.When I sat down, her calm presence put me at ease.
She talked me through everything with so much patience and reassurance, and somehow managed to get my blood draw done in under five minutes. I still can’t believe how easy she made it feel, something I’ve been terrified of for years.
Suzete is truly exceptional at what she does, and I’m so grateful I had her. If you struggle with bloodwork or have anxiety, she is absolutely the person you want. I’ve never met her before, but I will definitely be going back to see her again. Highly recommend.
