I had an incredible experience at the lab, thanks to Suzete. I haven’t been able to get blood work done in six years because of an extreme phobia, and I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to go through with it. But she completely changed that.When I sat down, her calm presence put me at ease.
She talked me through everything with so much patience and reassurance, and somehow managed to get my blood draw done in under five minutes. I still can’t believe how easy she made it feel, something I’ve been terrified of for years.

I've gone there about 50 times in the last 2 years and the average wait time is about 15 -20 minutes. It is often shorter than that, and there's only been about 5 times where its been longer that 45 minuted. The staff are nice. I often feel surprised an how little i feel the needle

Extremely quick and efficient! Customer service was great, I was nervous about needles but they calmed my nerves and got me a juice box. Will be sending all my labs here in the future.
