“Alan and Caleb at Top Island Construction just finished up a large (for us) reno that consisted of completely tearing down a large concrete deck and the storage room built underneath it to replace with a completely new vinyl deck, and refinishing the exterior house wall under it. We are extremely pleased with all aspects! They did a phenomenal job with the construction and craftmanship. They were both highly knowledgeable and honest about required adjustments as the project went along. Alan was also very cognizant of sticking to the quoted price he provided, and was able to stay within that quote even with a few unexpected extras that popped up. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed our project in a very timely manner. And to top it off - they are both really great guys on a personal level. We absolutely will hire them back for future projects and HIGHLY recommend them.“
