United Floors in Parksville have an epic team of talent! Probably one of the most competent and knowledgeable sales/service management flooring team on Vancouver Island.
Locally owned and operated by Dan Neubauer, and the team (as I recall) is Rob, Harold, Anita, Wayne and the Illustrious Ron Higgens!

These fine people are all first class folks and true flooring and blind professionals. Highly recommended by someone who understands outstanding care and custom service.

I recently had new carpets installed by United Carpets/Parksville. I am very impressed with the services provided. My salesman, Cam Wilson, understood my needs and was most helpful...even coming over to help me move the heavy furniture and disassembling the closet organizers...and putting them back up again ! The installers were very professional and polite. I love my new carpets and would highly recommend this store...support your local businesses...support your local community !
