“The office manger Judy S. was very helpful, responsive and supportive of the window project on our new build. When there was cracked glass of our kitchen window earlier this year and the recent trouble of opening a noisy bedroom window on our upper floor, the owner Jeff was also very accommodating and responsible to replace the cracked glass and to find way to fix the noisy window without additional charge to is. At first, they indicated that the causes of the aforementioned issues could be a result of improper work from other trades. So we appreciated their understanding that we had not even lived in this new house when these window problems happened due to our inter provincial relocation reason. To sum up, we would recommend this window company and their services.“

“Great service and experience. I had some issues with my european tilt doors and windows and contacted HighQ to help with some replacement hardware and adjustments. Mike was great and sent Javi and Ryan up to Whistler for the day. They did all the repairs and made all the adjustments in about an hour. Were super efficient, polite and professional. Highly recommend them for anyone who needs servi e or repair help with European style doors and windows.“

“The coordination experience with Dennis was smooth and effective and we were well supported through several design changes and adjustments. We'd certainly give our experience 4 stars for customer service in this regard, though I'd love to see more self-directed support for installation. The installation instructions online are generic and not as detailed as they could be, incidentally this is the same information that is shipped with the units. We were provided with no installation information at all for the door hardware, which caused lots of confusion on site, as we were left with no resources to refer to during the weekend installation while the offices were closed. We'd love to see Westeck improve it's online technical support with much more detailed content and even some informational or instructional videos such as those provided by it's main competitors, which we referred to quite a bit.“
