I recently renovated my house and chose Csky Windows for full replacement of all my very old windows and am very happy with the results! I consulted with a few other companies but ultimately decided to go with Csky as I felt the price was very reasonable especially for the quality of the windows and installation. They have a showroom where you are able to see example products. The team were very informative and accommodating to my needs and I did not feel like I was being upsold or pressured to choose a more expensive option. C-Sky replaced the windows on my grandma's house so it was helpful that they sent someons who speaks Chinese. Salesperson was nice and not pushy. They did make an error with one of the glass type on one of the windows but they came back to fix it.
We built our duplex back in 2023-2024 and our builder recommended Csky so we just went with their recommendation. We're very happy with how the windows turned out. Our design called for black windows and so we were concerned with the windows warping over time, but it's been about 2.5 years since the windows were installed and we have seen no issues with warping. I read online that if black windows are going to warp, it would typically happen within or after the first summer of being exposed to the sun... so I'm thinking that means the windows will be ok going forwards since it's already been a while.
