It’s been 1 year since we purchased our Windows, Lift & Slide and front door from Westeck. We were drawn to Westeck for their low profile window frames and was so impressed with Dennis Krishna’s service and guidance during the process. Super knowledgeable and was patient in guiding us with ordering our custom front door. The windows/doors have performed flawlessly and the finish is as if they were just installed.
Had a minor service call, which was taken care of quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable as well. Would definitely buy from Westeck and Dennis again.
My wife and I choose westeck windows to re&re 20 windows in our home in 2013 and they did an amazing job and have stood the test of time. Fast forward to 2026 and we are looking to do a renovation. We went in to look at some multi sliders and spoke to consultant dennis krishna An amazing experience and so knowledgeable and friendly. Decided then that we would be definatlly using their products again. My lovely wife remembered that on our our handles needed attention and spoke with dennis who took down our info, followed up and replaced our broken handle pull free of charge and even brought in an extra spare in case it ever happened again in the future. Installed western windows on a new build 5 years ago. Been very pleased since. Had 2 screens destroyed by cats (I hate cats), brought them to Westeck for repair.In short order the repairs were done and to my surprise, there was no charge. I wish to give a big shout out to Dennis and everyone else at Westeck. Thank you Brian
