I am a local renovation contractor and builder in North Vancouver, operating and doing business since 2003. I have worked with Steve and his team since 2010 and he does all of our Skylight retro fits and installs. He is great to deal with and service. He does beautiful work and is reasonable. I highly recommend Steve Nicholson.
Steve provided me with a estimate which I found reasonable I found him to be professional and completed the work in a timely manner I will be using his services in my future projects
I had an old leaky skylight that needed fixing/replacing. Steve gave me a good price to replace the 30 year old skylight. He did all the work from the outside and all was finished in 3 hours from arriving to departing. He was very professional and had several good suggestions. I am very satisfied with the new Velux skylight and Steve's work. Velux makes great skylights and Steve is the person to install them.
