North Shore Plumbing had just helped us replaced our old furnace. Staffs are very knowledgeable wirh recommending the right furnace and giving professional quality installation. They will also let you know the details and process of the installation. After the installation, another staff member will come for the final inspection. Their detailed customer service and quality work are some of the reasons why they are still in business since 1949. Josh and the entire crew at NSP&H are amazing. I have used their services a few times now, and every time they come over they are very professional and efficient. They don't leave any mess behind and are very conscious to respect your home. They provide excellent service at very reasonable rates. Josh is a very knowledgeable and competent plumber who explains all the work that is required in detail. He was very fast to respond when we had an urgent plumbing issue and made time in his busy schedule to come and repair the problem. I am very impressed with my experiences with NSP&H. Highly recommended! I previously had used North Shore Plumbing and Heating years ago when I had a furnace issue. They came out and shut my furnace off due to CO2 levels being too high. They then noticed that our furnace was still under warranty so instead of giving me a quote for a brand new furnace, they went out of their way to order the part (had to come from China) and get it installed. Since this issue my furnace has been working amazing up to this year. This year I called them out due to a smell and the thermostat shutting off and on....they came out twice to fix it!
