Ray was very quick to respond to calls and service and extremely thorough. Explained everything really well so I could understand how furnace was supposed to be working. Really great guy to deal with. Very personable. Would highly recommend. Will be using him for regular maintenance from now on for sure. Appreciate his knowledge and expertise.

We came home from holidays in February to no heat in our house. The furnace had stopped working. As other reviewers have stated, Ray was knowledgeable and honest, a and told me step by step what his procedure would be. When he demonstrated to me that the best course of action was a replacement of the furnace, he gave me a very fair quote and within 48 hours everything was done.
