Had a new roof installed in 2024, the crew did an excellent job, very professional, courteous and mindful of the garden in which we take a lot of pride. Fast forward to now….we found evidence of a very small water leak, right at the chimney, which stained the ceiling. Made a call to K2 and within two days, their Technical Advisor, Al, was here to check it out! Up he went, checked everything and adjusted the flashing on the chimney. He said that what he did has most likely fixed the problem but we won’t know until it rains again.
