“I discovered a puddle of water under and around my washing machine. I live in a condo so I needed someone to find the leak and hoped it had not affected my neighbours below. Harmonious Appliance Repair was close by so gave them a call. Instead of an expensive service call, I got great advice on a do-it-myself diagnostic. As suspected it was debris around the door seal. I offered to pay for his time and advice. He thanked me and asked me to post a review instead. I am going to put my next broken appliance in his hands.“
