Incredible service. Dryer broke late last week. Called this morning to see if they could come check it out. Our tech was Arman and he was here by 1:30pm. Fixed without needing to order parts and was finished in 30 mins. Lifesaver (we have a 3 year old so having no dryer for more than a few days is not ideal). Highly recommend and will use them again if we have any future appliance issues.

Superior service (again) from New Tech. They show up on time, and do quality work in a timely manner for a good price. This latest visit was for a broken Samsung Dryer. They will be my 1st call the next time one of my appliances breaks down. And there will always be a next time.
