Great service! Highly recommend.Our 10+ year old Bertazzoni gas range needed a new thermocouple. The part was hard to find, but Jason tracked one down and once it arrived, installed it in 20 minutes. Plus he cleaned a burner so it could achieve its max BTUs for no extra chargeWe had shopped around before deciding on Solution Appliance Service. Our previous "go to" repair service quoted us THREE TIMES what Solution charged us.I highly recommend them. We will definitely use them for any future appliance repairs

I was happy with the help on the phone when I explained to Gail the fact I ruined the element on my stove by melting hard plastic which I couldn't remove. She told me she would order the element and I had a new one installed by Jason within a week. He was on time and professional.

I called Solutions Appliances and the friendly receptionist called me back and scheduled me in for the afternoon. Technician (Jason) was on time and efficient. My washer was back in business in under 30 minutes and the cost came out under what I was quoted by another company. Jason was no nonsense. I especially appreciated that he made no fuss while I was in a call for work and was quite resourceful with what was available (had to use one of the bath towels hanging nearby to mop up the water). All in all I am so glad I went with Solutions instead of the other company (see other review) that I had such a bad experience with the day before.
