I've stopped at Jordan's a few times for area rugs. Every time the service has been great. Very helpful and kind regardless of whether I buy anything! My go to carpet store in Nanaimo.

Thank you, to Shawn and Jordan's Nanaimo! I went in to view area rugs. Shawn helped me get all the details of the ones I was interested in. Once I I had made my decision, I phoned him to place the order and arrange pick up for the next day. He then emailed my sales order and all the specs for the rug I had chosen and confirmed it would ready for pick up the next day. Payment, pick up and loading were a breeze. The rug was wrapped and ready as promised! Great service, by Shawn and Bruce. I will be returning for my next project!
