Went in today to find some tile for a reno. Martin went out of his way to assist us - going above and beyond what was necessary. Everyone is the store was helpful. Got everything we needed in short order and will be coming there for my flooring needs in the future.

Three or so years ago I had to replace wood floors because of water damage.I met Marty in the Nanaimo location, he friendly, professional and knowledgeable.recently we had water damage and had to replace the floors. I misplaced some information that I needed. I phoned Marty. He spent a couple of days hunting it down.I just would like to say thanks.

We had two bedroom carpets replaced. They look great. The installers did a wonderful job! Very efficient with the installation and cleanup. We are very pleased with United Floors ? And we would highly recommend them.
