The excellent customer service started as soon as we walked in the store. Kristen and Doug were both amazing in their knowledge of the flooring products and their abilities to help us choose the perfect colours for our house. We love our vinyl planks, our tile and carpet!

We had a great experience with Abba. Issues came up during the process but the staff at Abba went above and beyond to make things right. Found solutions quickly and also saved us money in the end. Would highly recommend Abba Floorcoverings. Their customer service is top notch!

This company truly cares about customer satisfaction! I had some basement flooring ruined by a water main leak, and the restoration company recommended Abba.After the carpet was (beautifully) installed, I was really disappointed in how shiny and tracky it was in the high-traffic open hallway area. Nice and soft for the bedroom, but not right for the hallway space. Abba didn't hesitate in offering to replace that part with a better looped option, which is perfect.I will be using Abba for future floor covering purchases, and can unreservedly recommend them to friends, family and coworkers. Word of mouth is powerful in a city the size of Nanaimo, and they are a local business...read full review
