What I love the most about this store, is their kindness and willingness to help me as I battle autoimmune disease and severe chronic illnesses with poor prognosis. They have carried animal supplies to my car, helped advise me on animal care, and delivered supplies outside the standard delivery day to ensure my pack of critters had supplies they needed. When I couldn’t physically or safely get myself to the store to shop… they went out of their way to help out. They didn’t have to help, but they chose to. I will be eternally grateful for everything they have done for me and my fur babies.❤️“

“Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I came in as I found two abandoned kittens and no idea how to care for them. I was given a detailed set of instructions and each product was properly explained and you can see the genuine care in giving me this very much needed help. Unfortunately I do not recall the names of the two ladies but one was the manager or supervisor who directed me to the cashier associate who is very knowledgeable in cat and kitten care.
