Overall, good experience at this store! I take my two medium-sized dogs here for grooming, and have been for almost a year now. However, be picky about your groomers; I've found two I like. I tried a new groomer yesterday for one of my dogs, and unfortunately she did a terrible job with his haircut. I don't usually shop here for treats and things, as it's much more expensive than privately owned pet stores

PetSmart Highstreet is always my first choice for retail and especially training. We’ve been taking our dogs thru many set courses and also private lessons with Eden. She has really helped us and our pups!!!!

Updated review: Since my prev review, we had a scare with our 14 yr dog. After chatting the girl at the till went out of her way to assist me, (not busy) she signed me back up to rewards program. FF2 weeks: I was back, cashier remembered me, asked about our dog, & was relieved to hear she is good!
