“I had a problem with the nosepiece on the frames I bought here almost 2 years ago. I stopped in and explained my issue. The lady was so nice and immediately told me they were still under warranty. She ordered brand new frames for me.The next week, I got a message telling me they were in. I dropped by, they switched my lenses into the new frames, adjusted them for me and I was on my way.
