Everyone in this office is so caring! They took great care of my little boy. So much so that even the ophthalmologist said the eye Dr. Kayla Vroom did such a great job with everything! I highly recommend plus they get you in fairly quick compared to most places!!
Super great and helpful staff! Went in there because I was visiting Kamloops and had a tear in my last contacts and they helped me get some to last me for the rest of my trip! Took the time to look for the right brand and prescription despite me not being able to find my original prescription. Thank you guys so much for your help! God bless you all!
I popped in wondering if they could fix my glasses frames as a little screw fell out. Not only did they fix them within 5 minutes, they gave me a case as I had left mine at home. They were so friendly and accommodating even though I hadn’t bought my glasses there. I will certainly be back the next time I need frames!
