Came to buy an art TV as we were having issues ordering online. Our order had gotten cancelled twice when we placed the order and it was on sale at the time. The sale had ended, however Chase, the store manager helped us out, honoured the sale price and helped our pick out an art tv that would suit our needs. He was a great help and provided excellent customer service.

I asked the salesperson for a wifi dongle. They didn't know what I was talking about. We found them but I had asked for plug and play but when I installed it the device required professional installation and in the process I lost my email and search engine requiring me to remove all attachments and head to Seaside Computers for a fix. So much for that.

I am a pensioner who was ROYALLY taken care of by Jacob Dean of their Geek Squad today! So knowledgeable, helpful and kind even tho' I did not have a lot of funds! I could not be happier as he helped me with something I was struggling with - removing pics off my plugged up phone! As i waited for the transfer to take place I perused the store. I will definitely check out Best Buy when I get my next flat screen! Why? Loyalty! Jacob helped me! So I will come back and shop! Challamar
