I was really impressed with all the staff at Ultimac,I called when they opened to inquire about a new battery for my Iphone 11 and they said bring it by and they'd replace it same day. Dropped the phone off, they fixed my charging issue, replaced the battery and installed a new screen protector within 2 hours.As a first time customer I would gladly recommend their services to anyone.

These guys are amazing. Even when you think you have exhausted all options, almost lost all hope, and are trying to talk yourself off the ledge, they will swoop in and save the day. They have never let me down but today was especially heroic. Thank you for performing miracles! Machine back up and running with zero data loss, no restores from backups or reinstalling required. A massive relief and time saver in a world of competing deadlines. Ten stars out of five.
