I went into Ultimac today after my husband and I spent hours trying to solve an issue connecting with a new service provider. We went through online tech support multiple times, requested help at two other tech support establishments (neither of which could help) and then walked into Ultimac and Jackson had both our phones up and running in less than 10 minutes! Jackson was super kind and personable and, it would seem, is more knowledgeable and willing to help than anyone else we dealt with.
