Byron has helped our office become more efficient and run smoother which in turn makes us provide a better experience for our clients and staff alike. He responds as soon as possible and assists us with issues big to small and always fixes it for us. Byron always goes the extra mile to source what we need and provides the best training and support to our team. We value his expertise, professionalism and loyalty. Byron at Geek Shop Computers has been my IT guy for 9 years, I don't know what I'd do without him. He has set up our system so he is able to give us prompt online support, and if we need him onsite he is there for us. He is very knowledgeable, there has not been a support or service requirement he has not been able to deal with. We have a server with staff signing in at the office and several contractors signing in and working remotely, he also makes sure their systems are kept up and running. I also appreciate his sunny disposition.
