“I had a flood in my basement suite. Called THV Ltd.They came and did the emergency restorations right away. Set up dryers, talked about the process and gave a time line once approved. Ken Bradshaw said it would take 4 weeks for the repairs. Now... I work in the insurance industry and these things never take less than 3 months, regardless of the size of the job.Ken & his team came back to do a scope of the repairs submitted it to my adjuster.Jan 4/24 started repairing my suite and by January 26th all repairs were complete.My tenant got to move back in for Feb 1st.Amazing customer service, delivered on time and kept his word. They worked very well as a team. Organized and would guide us step by step until it was all complete.Thank you Total Home Services for your professionalism and you hard work.“

“I called them and they showed up ASAP. The smell from the sewer back was to much for us to handle. There was floaters everywhere. We left the work to the professionals.
