“I had a flood in my basement suite. Called THV Ltd.They came and did the emergency restorations right away. Set up dryers, talked about the process and gave a time line once approved. Ken Bradshaw said it would take 4 weeks for the repairs. Now... I work in the insurance industry and these things never take less than 3 months, regardless of the size of the job.Ken & his team came back to do a scope of the repairs submitted it to my adjuster.Jan 4/24 started repairing my suite and by January 26th all repairs were complete.My tenant got to move back in for Feb 1st.Amazing customer service, delivered on time and kept his word.
