Told the nurse people always have a hard time finding my veins, she didn’t do anything differently. Tells me I need to drink water to see the veins but doesn’t give me water at all. Tries my right arm and as I told her nothing comes out. She keeps pushing the needle to get something and she takes it out finally. She sees me lean back in the chair and I think thats when I think she got scared I might faint and therefore meddle with her goal of getting me out of that chair as soon as possible (it’s the system I know).

Was told there would be a 2 hour wait. They were able to see me in 2.5 hours given I was a walk in. Giving a 5 star review for their friendly staff. But whoever manages this place, staff more employees to keep up with the crazy volume of patients. Poor staff are biting off more than they can chew. Hope things get easier for life lab staff, good people.

I came in as a walk-in- about an hour wait which I was really impressed with. There was around 20-30 patients in the queue, and about 5 folks working to get patients through. Friendly staff who are supportive of each other; there was an incident of someone getting pretty angry at them, but they handled it much better than I would have, so good on them!
