Like other Lifelabs locations, this one also tends to get busy in the morning. I didn’t have an appointment, and it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my test done. Always better to make appointments in advance.
The registration is very confusing! They changed the arrangement for lining up. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. When I arrived, I told one of the staff that I had appointment, she asked me to sit and wait for calling. Time for the appointment passed, I heard another staff said everyone lines up at the same line for the registration no matter having an appointment or not. The staff is friendly, but it’s better to tell people the same version or just post their rules somewhere at the entrance to avoid any confusion.
Yes it was. I didn’t have an appointment. I went first at Royal city location but their procedure was a bit slow. So I decided to go to this Kingsway and viola- it took only less than 30mins. If I already have the standing order printed, it might be lesser waiting time. I’m so happy I changed my mind. This is my usual location and so happy they back to service after the renovation. Good job everyone!
