WOW, I feel like I was at a centre for elder abuse today. Some of the front counter interactions should be posted on TikTok for staff to realize how disgusting and power tripping they were.
Look, the economy is bad and most of us are overworked, doing more with less - we get it. But that doesn’t mean you should take it out on the sick, elderly, racialized - the vulnerable.

I know staff trying to make sure information and the patient are same person, so they always ask you (name/phone number/date of birth). But it's public, people don't want others to hear their personal informations, should do some other way to confirm patients information. I feel not safe for people to hear my information, believe staff don't want people to know their information too. Have to know difficulties of others.
Like other Lifelabs locations, this one also tends to get busy in the morning. I didn’t have an appointment, and it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my test done. Always better to make appointments in advance.
