Tried to book online, website won’t load any location info. Spent 30 minutes trying to get it to just give me a single address or phone number so I could book. Nothing. Spent 15 minutes on hold and click. I have spent the entire time I had for bloodwork on trying to get this info and it’s got me know where. Thanks for nothing.

Awful experience. I showed up for a pre booked appointment and realized I made the appointment for the wrong location, after she abruptly told me “you don’t have an appointment” when I showed her the email, she told me its the at Nelson Ave location go there. I said I will be late can I just get the test done here, she said “NO” we have other appointments”. The waiting room was empty. I understand they may have been busy, but there is a professional way of informing patients, and not scolding or talking to them like children. Not acceptable. Train on empathy and care or Get better more professional check in nurses.

The staff was efficient, but my results never made it to my doctor in time (lifelabs says results are available in 48 hours on their website). I had to make another appointment with my specialist while they wait for my bloodwork.
