I had a positive experience overall. The staff were polite, and the building and office were clean and neat. It was not busy, so service was efficient. My only suggestion is to improve the signage and location information, as it took me a while to find the office on my first visit.
First time at this location, glad I chose to come here. Like some people, my veins are hard to find. I was a bit cautious this time as for my last visit at another location, I had three nurses swap and struggle to figure out where to draw from, puncturing the same area thrice finally drawing from back of my palm. Kudos to the one who helped me today, I couldn't get the name but she wears a headscarf. I let her know my concern and made her aware about my previous time. I like that now I can book an appointment and show up and get serviced pretty fast. This location usually gets pretty big line of walk ins, but option of booking appointment is very convenient. I usually have to get to the appointment during working hours, it is very comforting to know that I won't be away for too long
