Luckily Michael still recalled our project and got back to me the next day to identify the right parts and ordered for me, he even covered the cost for us. “Popped into this location to inquire about a minor repair for a 20-year-old cabinet in a condo. (The face board at the kitchen sink had dropped because the plastic clips mounting it had both broken.)

Even though it wasn't a lucrative project in any way, the two gentlemen here were very helpful; didn't make me feel at all like they couldn't be bothered or that I was wasting their time. In fact, they even gave me some clips to try for the repair - for FREE! With extra screws.

“I started using DRC a number of years ago, and have been very pleased with their workmanship, as well as the huge array of complementary materials and products. As an interior designer, it makes it so much easier to deal with Jindi and her employees when you need both good advice, as well as decent pricing. We have ordered a lot of Hunter Douglas window coverings from them, a large number of reupholstering items, new construction of chairs, ottomans, upholstered valances, boat upholstery...the list goes on and on.
When I need larger fabric samples to work with for my clients, Jindi gets samples ordered, and have sent directly to my home, so I don't have to travel to do a pick up.

Absolutely not - however, they were not the most expensive either. We are firm believers of what you get, what you paid for and I believe folks at Silvercrest hit the right balance between our needs and cost factor.In terms of working with them... I was pleasantly surprised at their timeliness, attention to detail and absolute transparency with the whole process.
